A target and an antibody format: whether the Fc is engineered to recruit killer cells, silenced to avoid them, fused to a trap, or copied as a biosimilar. Immune-related adverse events (irAEs) are the autoimmune side effects of checkpoint inhibitors: colitis, thyroid problems, rash, hepatitis, pneumonitis.

From 6 records:PembrolizumabNivolumabAtezolizumabRituximabObinutuzumabGlofitamab
Most patients never respond (primary resistance) and some responders relapse (acquired). The routes are loss of antigen presentation, no T cells in the tumour, and a suppressive microenvironment.
ExemplarsPembrolizumabNivolumabAtezolizumab
B-cell lymphomas escape rituximab either by stopping making CD20, which a report will only show if the relapse is rebiopsied, or by exhausting the complement and effector cells the antibody has to borrow in order to kill.
ExemplarsRituximabObinutuzumabGlofitamab
Hodgkin lymphoma answers PD-1 blockade because it has genetically amplified the brake. When it stops answering, the usual explanation is not the brake but what the Reed-Sternberg cell presents to a T cell.

The manufacturing map draws every site and the seven supply chains.
Antibody manufacturing means growing antibody drugs like pembrolizumab or trastuzumab in vats of engineered hamster cells, then purifying them. It is the industrial base for most modern cancer drugs.
The medicines are the ones the open drug engine files under naked antibodies, whether it placed them on its grid or listed them as unresolved. The technology records are listed by hand (src/lib/modular-formats.ts) and each carries a pill back here. Everything else follows the graph's links from those two sets: approvals, cancers and toxicity from the medicine records; companies, trials, papers and ideas from the records that name a medicine or technology; roadmap steps from their refs; resistance from the atlas; manufacturing from the site and supply chain records.
Nothing here is written for the hub. Where the corpus holds no record for a section, the section says so rather than filling the gap, and the counts are counts of records in OnCo, not of the world. The JSON companion carries every section with the record ids behind it. Not medical advice.
