Genmab, based in Copenhagen and listed as GMAB, is the Danish antibody engineering company behind the DuoBody platform, Tivdak, Epkinly and, through ProfoundBio, rinatabart sesutecan. Its own products are tisotumab vedotin, epcoritamab, a CD20 by CD3 bispecific, rinatabart sesutecan, a folate receptor alpha ADC in the RAINFOL-01 phase 3, and acasunlimab, a PD-L1 by 4-1BB bispecific, while its DuoBody technology underlies teclistamab, talquetamab and amivantamab, and daratumumab and ofatumumab are also linked. OnCo links it to cervical and endometrial cancer, lymphoma and head and neck cancer, and to the LiGeR-HN1 trial.
