Tests whether adding a bispecific to first-line chemotherapy cures more patients up front.
EPCORE DLBCL-2, trial NCT05578976 sponsored by Genmab and AbbVie, tests whether adding a fixed duration of the bispecific epcoritamab to first-line R-CHOP cures more patients with untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma up front. Topline results were announced in 2026 and presented at EHA 2026, and together with frontMIND and POLARIX the trial defines the frontline options for higher-risk disease. OnCo links it to lymphoma and epcoritamab. Whether a T-cell engager added to chemotherapy improves cure rates enough to justify its toxicity and cost in the first line is the question its data will answer.
