A few questions about your report, and in return the exact statement a guideline or expert consensus makes for that combination, quoted with its source, a plain line on what it means, and the questions to take to your team. Each aid is data: every branch quotes a published statement and nothing is scored or inferred. Educational aids to prepare for an appointment, not advice. Nothing you enter leaves the page.
Gallbladder polyp: what the European guideline says for your findings
Incidental gallbladder cancer: what the reports mean for the next step
Triple-negative breast cancer after chemotherapy: what the pathology report means for the treatment that follows
Pancreatic cancer at diagnosis: what the resectability class, jaundice and fitness usually mean for the order of treatment
Chemotherapy after surgery for bowel cancer: what NICE NG151 says by site, stage and fitness for oxaliplatin
Surgery, radiotherapy or both for lung cancer that has not spread: what NICE NG122 says by stage, lung function and your own preference
Prostate cancer that has not spread: monitoring, surgery or radiotherapy
Breast-conserving surgery or mastectomy: what NICE NG101 and the twenty-year trials say, and what actually differs
A basal cell carcinoma: surgery, curettage, freezing, a cream, or photodynamic therapy
Gallbladder cancer beside intrahepatic and extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and ampullary cancer: anatomy, incidence, risk factors, presentation, HER2, FGFR2, IDH1 and KRAS rates, surgery, first-line treatment and trial legacy, every cell from a record field or a cited paper.
Each aid lists its questions, every card it can show and a small rule that maps a complete set of answers to cards. Every card quotes the statement it implements word for word, with the grade the authors gave it and a link to the page it was read from. The rule is tested against every combination of answers. Where a guideline is silent the card says so and points at the multidisciplinary team.
An aid cannot see your scans, your history or your fitness for an operation, and guidelines change: check the linked source for a newer version. The cancer pages carry the decisions by treatment setting, the staging page the scores, and the appointment prep pack collects the questions. Educational aids, not medical advice.
