WuXi XDC, based in Wuxi and listed in Hong Kong as 2268.HK, is the largest dedicated antibody-drug conjugate CDMO, spun out of WuXi Biologics and listed in 2023, and it is exposed to the politics of the US BIOSECURE Act. It offers integrated antibody, payload-linker, conjugation and fill-finish services, a large share of the world's clinical ADCs are made there, and it is building a Singapore site to diversify from China. OnCo links it to ADC bioconjugation manufacturing and payload-linker synthesis and to the BIOSECURE Act term. Whether Western sponsors move ADC manufacturing out of China under political pressure, and whether alternative capacity exists to receive it, is the open question.
