cBioPortal lets you browse the mutations, copy number, and expression of tens of thousands of tumours without writing code.
cBioPortal for Cancer Genomics offers interactive exploration of more than 300 cancer genomics studies, including TCGA, MSK-IMPACT and AACR Project GENIE, so that a reader can browse mutations, copy number and expression across tens of thousands of tumours without writing code. Views include OncoPrints, survival plots, co-occurrence and pathway summaries, and an API supports programmatic access. The software is open source under the AGPL, with each study's data under its own terms, and it is maintained by MSK, Dana-Farber, Princess Margaret, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and others. On OnCo it is linked to the technologies Comprehensive genomic profiling and Whole-exome and whole-genome sequencing, and cited by the bottlenecks Tumour heterogeneity and clonal evolution and Data silos.

Open-source projects that are the code behind this collection or publish it, from OnCo's own catalogue: licence and last activity as the repository reported them on the day of the fetch. Listing is not endorsement; check the licence before reuse and the validation before clinical use.
