Withdrawals are not subtracted: a product withdrawn in one region may still be in use in another. The context column names that first regulator and year. Supportive care medicines (antiemetics, growth factors, epoetins, bone-modifying agents, antidotes, opioids for cancer pain, immunoglobulin; drug records flagged supportive) are not products or treatments here and are left out.
