Nina Bhardwaj is Director of Immunotherapy and holds the Ward-Coleman Chair in Cancer Research at The Mount Sinai Hospital and Tisch Cancer Institute. She is a dendritic cell immunologist and a pioneer of dendritic cell biology in human immunity. She leads the PGV001 personalised neoantigen peptide vaccine programme, and her selected paper reports a phase 1 trial of the safety and immunogenicity of a multi-peptide personalised genomic vaccine as adjuvant treatment of solid cancers. Her current work spans personalised neoantigen vaccines and off-the-shelf cancer vaccines.
