Li Ding is the computational leader of TCGA and CPTAC analyses linking genomes to proteins across cancers.
Li Ding is the David English Smith Distinguished Professor of Medicine and Director of Computational Biology in the Division of Oncology at Siteman Cancer Center, Washington University. She is the computational leader of The Cancer Genome Atlas and CPTAC analyses that link genomes to proteins across cancers, having led pan-cancer analyses of driver mutations and proteogenomic studies connecting genomic alterations to signalling and drug targets. Her selected paper reports the comprehensive characterisation of cancer driver genes and mutations. She continues to work on proteogenomics, whole-genome sequencing and clonal evolution.
