Lillian L. Siu is Director of the Phase I Program and holds the BMO Chair in Precision Cancer Genomics at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. She is a medical oncologist who runs one of the world's largest phase 1 programmes and led KEYNOTE and other immunotherapy studies that shaped head and neck cancer treatment. Her selected paper reports the CONDOR trial of durvalumab with or without tremelimumab in PD-L1-low or negative recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. She pioneers ctDNA-guided early trials and is AACR president for 2025 to 2026.
