Jeremie Calais is Associate Professor and Director of the Clinical Research Program in the Ahmanson Translational Theranostics Division at UCLA, part of the UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center. A nuclear medicine physician specialising in PSMA PET and radioligand therapy, he leads prospective PSMA PET and PSMA radioligand therapy trials, including the head-to-head comparison of PSMA PET with fluciclovine PET and dosimetry research. His papers include the Lancet Oncology comparative imaging trial of 18F-fluciclovine and 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET-CT in early biochemical recurrence after prostatectomy and the Journal of Nuclear Medicine RESIST-PC phase 2 trial of 177Lu-PSMA-617 in the UCLA cohort.
