RemeGen, based in Yantai and listed in Hong Kong as 9995.HK, developed disitamab vedotin, China's first domestically developed antibody-drug conjugate. Disitamab vedotin, also known as RC48, targets HER2 and is used in gastric and urothelial cancer, and the company's other main product is telitacicept for autoimmune disease. OnCo links it to gastric and HER2-positive breast cancer, to the disitamab vedotin drug record and to Peking University Cancer Hospital. Whether a HER2 ADC with an older payload can find a durable niche as newer HER2 ADCs spread is the open question. Disitamab vedotin has its own page.
