The Newsweek/Statista World's Best Specialized Hospitals ranking for oncology is an annual list of 300 oncology hospitals scored by peer survey, patient experience and quality metrics, and it is the most-cited global hospital ranking for cancer care. Most of the score comes from a survey of more than 85,000 medical professionals, with the remainder from patient surveys, accreditation and patient-reported outcome measures; the methodology PDF is linked. It is published by Newsweek and Statista and is public. OnCo uses it as one input to its institution table, and the institution records for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, MD Anderson Cancer Center and Samsung Medical Center cite it.
