Overview
awesome-cancer-variant-resources is a community-maintained GitHub list of cancer variant knowledge bases and databases, curated by Sean Davis with contributions from the community and published under an open licence. It is a useful index of variant resources that reaches well beyond the databases catalogued individually on OnCo, and it is the kind of list OnCo points a reader to when they need a variant database not covered here.
