Substudy 06E: Umbrella Study of Combination Therapies in Esophageal Cancer (MK-3475-06E/KEYMAKER-U06) is a phase 1/2 interventional study registered as NCT06780111 by Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC, with 298 participants planned, started 2025-07-30 and due to reach its primary completion in 2032-01-04. Interventions recorded: Pembrolizumab, I-DXd, Leucovorin, Levoleucovorin, 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) and Oxaliplatin.
