Substudy 06D: Combination Therapies in Second Line (2L) Gastroesophageal Adenocarcinoma (MK-3475-06D/Keymaker-U06) is a phase 1/2 interventional study registered as NCT06445972 by Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC, with 210 participants planned, started 2024-08-07 and due to reach its primary completion in 2028-05-09. Interventions recorded: Ramucirumab, Paclitaxel, Sacituzumab Tirumotecan, Rescue Medications and HER3-DXd.
