First-line Trastuzumab, Gemcitabine, Cisplatin and Nivolumab in Advanced HER2- Positive Biliary Tract Cancer: a Multicenter, Open-label, Single-arm Phase Ib/II Trial (HERBOT) is a phase 1/2 interventional study registered as NCT05749900 by Yonsei University, with a registry enrolment figure of 44 participants, started 2023-05-12 and due to reach its primary completion in 2026-02-28.
