Led CheckMate 77T, one of the perioperative immunotherapy trials that changed how operable lung cancer is treated.
Tina Cascone was principal investigator of CheckMate 77T, which showed neoadjuvant nivolumab plus chemotherapy followed by adjuvant nivolumab improves event-free survival in resectable NSCLC, and led the NEOSTAR window trials that defined pathological response endpoints. Her laboratory studies the immune correlates of response to neoadjuvant therapy.
