Xichun Hu is Professor of Medical Oncology and Chief of the Department of Breast and Urologic Medical Oncology at Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center. He has led Chinese trials of chemotherapy, CDK4/6 inhibitors and antibody-drug conjugates in advanced breast cancer, serving as principal investigator on studies of platinum-based chemotherapy in triple-negative disease, dalpiciclib, and new conjugates including sacituzumab tirumotecan and trastuzumab rezetecan. His publications include the CBCSG006 trial comparing cisplatin plus gemcitabine with paclitaxel plus gemcitabine as first-line therapy for metastatic triple-negative breast cancer. His interests are breast cancer, chemotherapy, antibody-drug conjugates and clinical trials.
