Emily Bergsland is Professor of Medicine and Associate Director for Education at the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center. A medical oncologist focused on gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumours, she chaired the Alliance A021202 trial of pazopanib versus placebo in progressive carcinoid tumours and co-authors national neuroendocrine tumour treatment guidelines.
