Hansoh is a Chinese pharmaceutical group whose EGFR inhibitor aumolertinib (Ameile in China, Aumseqa in the EU) became the first China-originated lung cancer pill authorised by the European Commission in 2026.
Hansoh Pharmaceutical, based in Lianyungang, Jiangsu, and listed in Hong Kong as 3692.HK, is a Chinese pharmaceutical group whose EGFR inhibitor aumolertinib, sold as Ameile in China and Aumseqa in the European Union, became the first China-originated lung cancer tablet authorised by the European Commission in 2026. Aumolertinib is a third-generation EGFR kinase inhibitor approved by the NMPA in 2020 and by the EU in 2026 for EGFR-mutant non-small-cell lung cancer, and the company has out-licensed antibody-drug conjugate and GLP-1 assets to GSK and Merck. OnCo links it to the aumolertinib drug record. Whether a European approval can win share from the established third-generation EGFR drug is the open question. Aumolertinib has its own page. The B7-H4 (HS-20089) and B7-H3 (HS-20093) antibody-drug conjugates were licensed to GSK in 2023 for $85 million and $185 million upfront, and the GLP-1 agreements with Merck & Co. sit outside oncology; the company was founded in 1995 and is run by Zhong Huijuan, one of the world's wealthiest self-made women.
