Adaptive Dual-Target CAR-T Cells for Relapsed or Refractory Hematologic Malignancies is a phase 1/2 interventional study registered as NCT07523555 by Beijing Biotech, with 96 participants planned, started 2026-03-02 and due to reach its primary completion in 2027-03-14. Interventions recorded: Autologous CD19/CD22 dual-target CAR-T module, Autologous CD19/CD20 dual-target CAR-T module, Autologous BCMA/CD19 dual-target CAR-T module, Autologous BCMA/CD38 dual-target CAR-T module, Autologous BCMA/GPRC5D dual-target CAR-T and Autologous CD33/CD123 dual-target CAR-T module.
