Study of Revumenib in Combination With Intensive Chemotherapy in Newly Diagnosed Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) With a NPM1 Mutation is a phase 3 interventional study registered as NCT07211958 by Syndax Pharmaceuticals, with 468 participants planned, started 2025-11-25 and due to reach its primary completion in 2029-06.
