Perioperative Durvalumab With Neoadjuvant ddMVAC or Gemcitabine/Cisplatin in Patients With Muscle-invasive Bladder Cancer (NIAGARA-2) is a phase 3 interventional study registered as NCT06960577 by AstraZeneca, with 150 participants planned, started 2025-05-15 and due to reach its primary completion in 2028-10-31. Interventions recorded: Durvalumab, Methotrexate, Vinblastine, Doxorubicin, Cisplatin and Gemcitabine.
