TOPAZ-1 adds durvalumab 1,500 mg every 3 weeks for 8 cycles then every 4 weeks; KEYNOTE-966 adds pembrolizumab 200 mg every 3 weeks.
In urothelial cancer cisplatin is 70 mg/m² on day 1 only (von der Maase, JCO 2000).
