Led the RATIONALE trials of tislelizumab in lung cancer and many other Chinese registrational NSCLC studies.
Jie Wang is Professor of Medical Oncology at the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences in Beijing. She led the RATIONALE-304 and RATIONALE-307 trials of tislelizumab, the PD-1 antibody from BeOne Medicines, formerly BeiGene, in non-small-cell lung cancer, and has been principal investigator on many other Chinese registrational lung cancer studies. These include EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor and ALK trials in non-small-cell lung cancer and studies of Chinese PD-1 antibodies in small-cell lung cancer. Her interests are lung cancer, immunotherapy, targeted therapy and clinical trials.
