Led the DETERMINATION trial and many of the myeloma drug approvals of the past two decades.
Paul G. Richardson is Clinical Program Leader and Director of Clinical Research at the Jerome Lipper Multiple Myeloma Center, Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center. He is known for leading many of the myeloma drug approvals of the past two decades as principal investigator on pivotal trials of bortezomib, lenalidomide-based regimens and newer agents. He led the DETERMINATION trial, which tested delayed versus upfront autologous transplant in the lenalidomide era, and his selected paper reports triplet therapy, transplantation and maintenance until progression in myeloma. He continues to work on novel agents and transplant-deferral strategies.
