A lung cancer oncologist who has helped test checkpoint inhibitors and next-generation ADCs in Korean patients.
Se-Hoon Lee is Professor of Internal Medicine at Seoul National University Hospital, working in thoracic oncology and immunotherapy. He has helped test checkpoint inhibitors and next-generation antibody-drug conjugates in Korean patients, including the datopotamab deruxtecan and tarlatamab programmes in non-small-cell and small-cell lung cancer. His publications include a phase 2 trial of vandetanib in pretreated lung cancer harbouring RET rearrangements and a study of the clonal history and genetic predictors of transformation from lung adenocarcinoma into small-cell carcinoma. His interests are lung cancer, immunotherapy and small-cell lung cancer.
