Jae Lyun Lee is Professor of Medical Oncology at Asan Medical Center in Seoul, where he runs genitourinary medical oncology. He brought Korean cohorts into the enfortumab vedotin, pembrolizumab and PARP-inhibitor trials in genitourinary cancers, with investigator roles in EV-302 in untreated advanced urothelial cancer and KEYNOTE-426 in renal cell carcinoma, as well as prostate PARP-inhibitor trials. His publications include the EV-302 report on enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab in urothelial cancer. He also studies the Asian pharmacogenomics of androgen receptor pathway inhibitors, with interests spanning prostate, kidney and urothelial cancer and immunotherapy.
