Wenfeng Fang is Professor of Medical Oncology at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center in Guangzhou. He is a lung cancer oncologist at the centre of China's PD-1 and bispecific antibody trials, having led or co-led studies of camrelizumab, of the Akeso PD-1 and VEGF bispecific ivonescimab in HARMONi-A, and of other immunotherapies in non-small-cell lung cancer and nasopharyngeal carcinoma. His publications include the HARMONi-A phase 3 trial of ivonescimab plus chemotherapy in EGFR-mutant lung cancer after progression on an EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor. His interests are lung cancer, immunotherapy, nasopharyngeal carcinoma and bispecific antibodies.
