The society of health economists and outcomes researchers whose methods and good-practice reports underpin how cancer drugs are valued by HTA bodies and payers.
Founded in 1995, ISPOR has more than 20,000 members in over 100 countries and publishes Value in Health. Its Good Practices Task Force reports set methodological standards for cost-effectiveness modelling, indirect treatment comparisons, real-world evidence, patient-reported outcomes and value frameworks that health technology assessment agencies including NICE, CADTH and IQWiG reference, and its ISPOR and ISPOR Europe conferences are where HTA bodies, industry and academics debate oncology pricing, surrogate endpoints and managed-access schemes. ISPOR also runs the HTA Roundtables, the Value Assessment Frameworks initiative and a large student network, and it partnered with the FDA and payers on the RWE Transparency Initiative.
