IKNL is the Dutch national cancer organisation that runs the Netherlands Cancer Registry and supports quality of care and research across the country, and a full member of the Organisation of European Cancer Institutes.
The Netherlands Comprehensive Cancer Organisation (Integraal Kankercentrum Nederland, IKNL) is the independent knowledge institute for oncological and palliative care in the Netherlands. It maintains the Netherlands Cancer Registry, a population-based registry covering every cancer diagnosis in the country, publishes national incidence, survival and treatment figures, and works with hospitals and professional groups on guidelines, quality registration and research.
