Produced Tahoe-100M, the largest single-cell drug-perturbation atlas, and trains models on it.
Vevo Therapeutics, based in San Francisco, produced Tahoe-100M, the largest single-cell drug perturbation atlas, and trains models on it. Tahoe-100M, released in 2025, holds 100 million single-cell profiles across 1,100 drugs and 50 cancer cell lines, generated with the company's Mosaic platform and released openly with Parse Biosciences and the Arc Institute. OnCo links it to the Tahoe-100M collection and to the virtual cell roadmap from bulk omics to a predictive model of a cancer cell. Whether models trained on cell-line perturbations predict drug effects in patients is the open question the atlas exists to test. Tahoe-100M has its own page.
