It raised more than 500 million dollars in 2025 to build what it calls AI Science Factories that propose and run experiments in a closed loop, and its oncology applications are at an early stage. OnCo records it among the AI-driven discovery companies. Whether closed-loop automated science yields cancer biology that human-led laboratories miss is the open question, and there is little public evidence yet.
