Wigs for Kids gives children in the US who lose their hair to cancer treatment a free custom-made hairpiece.
Wigs for Kids has made hair replacements for children since 1981. Each is custom-fitted from donated hair so that a child can swim and play in it, and it is provided free to families of children under 18 with hair loss from any medical cause, including chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Applications are made through the website with a doctor's note.
