Adjuvant Chemotherapy for BTC Based on 3D-PTA is a phase 2, randomised interventional study registered as NCT07296666 by Fudan University, with a registry enrolment figure of 98 participants, started 2025-12 and due to reach its primary completion in 2027-10. Interventions recorded: Chemotherapy (preferably with a single chemotherapeutic agent) combined with capecitabine (including capecitabine monotherapy: when the preferred drug identified is capecitabine alone)., capecitabine alone as adjuvant treatment.
