Sabine Linn is a breast oncologist testing DNA-damaging chemotherapy in BRCA-like breast cancer.
Sabine Linn is a medical oncologist and group leader at the Netherlands Cancer Institute (NKI-AvL) and Professor at Utrecht. Her specialisms are breast cancer, BRCA-like tumours and neoadjuvant trials, with a focus on BRCA1/BRCA2 and homologous recombination deficiency in triple-negative disease. She leads breast cancer trials at NKI, including studies of high-dose alkylating chemotherapy in BRCA1-like tumours and of neoadjuvant immunotherapy. Her papers include the TRAIN-2 phase 3 trial of neoadjuvant chemotherapy with or without anthracyclines alongside dual HER2 blockade and its three-year follow-up, and a study of stromal tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes in young, node-negative, triple-negative patients who received no systemic therapy. Her publications are listed on PubMed.
