Dae Ho Lee is a thoracic oncologist behind Korean participation in the EGFR, ALK, and MET inhibitor trials that shaped lung cancer care.
Dae Ho Lee is Professor of Medical Oncology and a thoracic oncologist at Asan Medical Center in Seoul. He has led and co-led non-small-cell lung cancer trials including third-generation EGFR inhibitor studies with osimertinib and lazertinib and MET-directed therapies, and was an investigator in MARIPOSA, the trial of amivantamab plus lazertinib in previously untreated EGFR-mutated disease. His publications include the MARIPOSA report, and he contributes to Korean lung cancer treatment guidelines. His work has anchored Korean participation in the EGFR, ALK and MET inhibitor trials that shaped lung cancer care.
