A GI oncologist and genomics researcher who leads precision oncology and colorectal cancer trials at Seoul National University.
Tae-You Kim is Professor of Internal Medicine at Seoul National University Hospital, working in gastrointestinal oncology and cancer genomics. His group studies the genomic and epigenetic landscape of colorectal and gastric cancer and runs biomarker-driven trials using comprehensive genomic profiling, contributing to the Korean precision oncology programme and to global colorectal studies. His publications include a single-centre phase 2 study of gemcitabine and cisplatin plus durvalumab, with or without tremelimumab, in chemotherapy-naive advanced biliary tract cancer. His interests are colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, cancer genomics and precision oncology.
