Jon Irish is Vice President, Clinical, Cancer Programs at Ontario Health, the provincial agency that took over the functions of Cancer Care Ontario, and chairs the Ontario Health Clinical Council. He is also Head of the Division of Head and Neck Oncology and Reconstructive Surgery at University Health Network in Toronto.
