Jean-Pierre Delord is a professor of medical oncology and the administrator of the healthcare cooperation group (GCS) that runs IUCT Oncopole, the Toulouse university cancer institute combining the Oncopole Claudius Regaud and CHU de Toulouse teams. His research centres on early-phase clinical trials of new cancer drugs, including first-in-human studies such as the netrin-1 antibody programme published in Nature in 2023.
