Chair of the executive board of Amsterdam UMC, the merged university medical centre whose research institute Cancer Center Amsterdam brings together the city's cancer research and care.
Hans van Goudoever is voorzitter (chair) of the Raad van Bestuur of Amsterdam UMC, the university medical centre formed from the AMC and VUmc, and has held the chair since 1 November 2023. The board also comprises vice-chair Karen Kruijthof, deans Saskia Peerdeman (VU) and Yvo Roos (UvA) and member Yvonne Koppelman. Amsterdam UMC's cancer research is organised through Cancer Center Amsterdam, one of its research institutes; the institute's own pages did not name a separate director when checked.
