Aurélien Marabelle is the immunotherapy investigator behind the tumour-agnostic pembrolizumab data in MSI-high cancers.
Aurélien Marabelle is Clinical Director of the Cancer Immunotherapy Program (DITEP) at Gustave Roussy. His specialisms are immuno-oncology, early-phase immunotherapy, MSI-high tumours and intratumoural therapy, with a focus on PD-1 and immune checkpoint inhibitors. He was lead author of the KEYNOTE-158 analysis in the Journal of Clinical Oncology, which reported the efficacy of pembrolizumab in non-colorectal cancers with high microsatellite instability or mismatch repair deficiency and supported the drug's tumour-agnostic approvals. He now leads early-phase immunotherapy trials at DITEP and works on delivering immunotherapy directly into tumours. His publications are listed on PubMed.
