Psycho-Oncology is the main journal for research on the psychological, social and behavioural side of cancer. Psychologists, nurses, social workers and oncologists read it.
Psycho-Oncology has been published by Wiley in Chichester since 1992; Crossref lists John Wiley & Sons as publisher. The NLM Catalog shows its frequency growing from four issues a year until 1997, to six (1998 to 2002), eight (2003) and twelve a year since 2004, with print issues ceasing after volume 21 in 2012 so that it is now online only. It is indexed in MEDLINE. The journal covers the psychological, social and behavioural dimensions of cancer, from distress and coping to survivorship and end of life care.
