The official journal of the Japan Society of Clinical Oncology, publishing clinical trials and other clinical cancer research in English. Read by oncologists in Japan and internationally.
International Journal of Clinical Oncology (IJCO) is the official journal of the Japan Society of Clinical Oncology and is published by Springer under a hybrid publishing model. Its aims welcome original and review papers on all aspects of clinical oncology reporting novel and timely investigations, encourage reports of clinical trials and give priority to high-quality clinical articles such as prospective randomised studies over retrospective ones; basic and translational studies are accepted only when they have obvious clinical significance, and society membership is not required to submit. Papers are peer reviewed by at least two referees and the Editors. The NLM Catalog records a start in 1996, publication for the society by Springer-Verlag Tokyo since 1998, six issues a year and MEDLINE indexing.
This is the paper Europe PMC returns for registry id NCT05101096 with the most citations, so it is the natural first reading for anyone following the ASCENT-J02 trial. Read the abstract above alongside the trial page and the registry entry; the record was linked automatically and its figures have not been checked by hand.
A second publication from the CheckMate 227 trial, later than the first and described in its title as an update or longer-term analysis. Read it with the primary publication linked from the trial page; the record was linked automatically and its figures have not been checked by hand.
