Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics is the ASCPT journal for dose optimisation, pharmacokinetics, drug interactions and pharmacogenomics, increasingly central to how oncology doses are chosen after FDA's Project Optimus.
Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics (Clin Pharmacol Ther, CPT) is the journal of the American Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics (ASCPT), founded in 1960, appearing monthly and published by Wiley on a hybrid access model. It publishes clinical pharmacology of anticancer drugs, exposure-response and model-informed dosing, pharmacokinetics, drug-interaction and pharmacogenomic (CPIC) guidelines, and regulatory science commentary from FDA and EMA scientists. Its readers are clinical pharmacologists, trialists and regulators, and it has become increasingly central to how oncology doses are chosen after the FDA's Project Optimus. A reader of OnCo would use it for dose optimisation, drug-interaction and pharmacogenomic guidance relevant to cancer therapy.
