TailorMed Medical Inc. operates a medication access and affordability platform. It screens patients against thousands of assistance programmes (manufacturer copay, foundation, government) and automates enrolment, with modules for care team financial navigation, patient self enrolment, managed services and manufacturer programmes. Its network spans 945 hospitals, 4,700 clinics and 3,100 pharmacies, including Memorial Sloan Kettering; it states it has reached 75 million patients and secured more than USD 7.4 billion in assistance since 2020. In May 2026 it partnered with Flatiron Health to embed financial navigation across the OncoEMR community oncology network. In November 2024 TailorMed announced USD 40 million in equity and debt led by Windham Capital Partners; the round was not given a series name. The company describes itself as US and Israel based, with releases datelined New York.
