ResistanceBio set out to design drugs that stop cancers becoming resistant to treatment. The company is no longer active.
ResistanceBio, incorporated as Viosera Therapeutics, aimed to solve acquired drug resistance in cancer by modelling how tumours evolve under therapy and designing compounds against the resistance routes. It grew to about 15 people with sites in San Francisco and the St. Louis area before the YC directory marked it inactive. Recorded here as wound down; no acquirer or successor is named because none was found in a primary source.
