InnoCare developed orelabrutinib, a selective BTK-blocking pill approved in China for chronic lymphocytic leukaemia and mantle cell and marginal zone lymphomas.
InnoCare Pharma, based in Beijing, founded in 2015 and listed as 9969.HK and 688428.SS, developed orelabrutinib, a selective BTK-blocking tablet approved in China for chronic lymphocytic leukaemia and for mantle cell and marginal zone lymphomas. Orelabrutinib, sold as Yinuokai, was approved in 2020 and 2023, and the pipeline includes the pan-TRK inhibitor zurletrectinib, the BCL2 inhibitor mesutoclax, the CD20 by CD3 bispecific ICP-B02 and a TYK2 programme; the company was co-founded by Jisong Cui and the structural biologist Yigong Shi. OnCo links it to BTK as a target and to the orelabrutinib record. Whether a selective BTK inhibitor can differentiate from rival BTK inhibitors in the same domestic market is the open question. Orelabrutinib has its own page.
Orelabrutinib is InnoCare's BTK-blocking pill for chronic lymphocytic leukaemia and mantle cell lymphoma, approved in China in 2020.
ICP-248 is an experimental small-molecule drug from Beijing InnoCare Pharma Tech in phase 3 trials for mantle cell lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, with its target not yet stated publicly.
