Celcuity developed gedatolisib, approved in July 2026 for hormone-positive breast cancer.
Celcuity, based in Minneapolis and listed as CELC, developed gedatolisib, a pan-PI3K and mTOR inhibitor approved in July 2026 for hormone-receptor-positive breast cancer. Gedatolisib, sold as Revtorpyk, is given with palbociclib and fulvestrant, and the VIKTORIA-1 and VIKTORIA-2 trials are the evidence behind it. OnCo links it to HR-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer and to the gedatolisib drug record. Whether a pan-PI3K and mTOR inhibitor can be tolerated well enough in routine practice to displace mutation-selective PI3K drugs is the open question. Gedatolisib has its own page.
An intravenous drug that blocks the whole PI3K/mTOR pathway, approved in July 2026 for hormone-positive breast cancer.
Serabelisib is an experimental small-molecule drug from Faeth Therapeutics in phase 2 trials for HR-positive / HER2-negative breast cancer and endometrial cancer, aimed at PIK3CA / PI3K-alpha.
